Welcome! As Executive Director of Barrington Terrace, I am honored to head a team of  caring, dynamic professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of life possible to our residents. I have been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator for approximately twenty years. My passion is being a part of the network caring for Florida’s seniors.

I hail from Chicago but almost feel like a true Floridian. I relocated, with my family, to Vero Beach in 1975. My husband and I have two daughters and two grandchildren. On the weekends, we enjoy relaxing on our balcony overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway in Pompano Beach.

Hello. My name is Stephanie. I was born one county south, and moved to Palm Beach County thirteen years ago.
Bella, my German Shephard, is my closest companion. I rescued her almost two years ago. She will be approching her second birthday this January.
I see learning as a life long experience. I am currently taking classes at our community college. I joined the Barrington team in January of 2007. It is my pleasure to work with the residents and families of this community.

Originally, I am from Massachusetts. I have lived in Florida for 32 years. I have two grown sons, both attend college.
I have been a nurse for 30 years. My career has been dedicated to long-term care. It has been a diversified career, with 20 years as a nursing director. Nursing is a challenge, but I believe it to be the most rewarding career. Many residents and families have touched my life. The rewards of nursing are unlimited.

My name is Evadne Smith. I was born in Jamaica WI and moved to Glen Oaks Queens, NY when I was seven years old. In 1980, I moved to Florida. I am the second of five children. One thing I always say is that if it is not in your heart, then you can not work with seniors. I started working with seniors back in 1991. It felt right from day one. Over the years I have worked doing private duty, on staff, activities and with Alzheimer’s and loved it more than anything. I am looking forward to learning new things and growing further with Bell Senior living.

Hello there. I am Sandy and I joined Barrington Terrace in the spring of 2006. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and continue to enjoy making a difference in the lives of seniors every day. I am currently the Director of Activities here at Barrington Terrace, where I am committed to providing opportunities for all of our residents to participate in programs which will help them maintain and enhance their quality of life. I truly enjoy seeing the difference that our programs make in their lives.

Hello. My name is Carol. I have been a Certified Dietary Manager since 1998. I have been serving in the Food Services for twenty-five years in various health care settings. I love being a part of this community’s team.
I moved to New Jersey from Jamacia over thirty years ago. Recently I relocated with my daughter to South Florida. My favorite past time is spending one on one time with her. I also enjoy playing tennis and swimming.

Hello, my name is Michael and I was born in Vallejo, California. I have lived in Florida since 1964 so that almost makes me a native. I joined the Barrington Terrace team in March of 2009 as the Director of Maintenance. I have worked in healthcare communities for over twenty five years in plant and facility operations and management. Providing quality service to our residents and guests is my passion and commitment. I am pleased to be a member of this team.

I’m very proud to be a part of the Barrington Terrace family, where I’ve served as Director of Community Relations since early 2009. I love interacting with both clinical professionals and the public, using my marketing, communications and outreach skills to build awareness of our community and the exceptional care and services we provide.
My healthcare career, which spans more than 20 years, includes work in hospitals and hospice as well. A Connecticut native; I was educated at San Francisco State and Wesleyan universities and remain a life-long student. In my leisure hours, I enjoy travel, the arts, riding my horse and spending time with my fiancé Joe.

Hi! My name is Shirley and I am the Social Services Admissions / Discharge Planner for Barrington Terrace. I received my education at William Paterson College. My husband and I moved to Florida in 1996.
I have been in the health care and social services profession for 15 years. I find working with seniors to be a joyful and rewarding experience. It is a pleasure and a privilege to serve the residents of Barrington Terrace.
